NHLS Constitution
The National Hedgelaying Society Constitution is our agreement with the Charity Commission as to how this organization is run. It was first entered on the Register of Charities
on 27th March 1984. The registered charity number is: 288850. It is a charity within the countries of England and Wales.
Proposed changes to the constitution were circulated to the membership for their consideration prior to the Annual General Meeting on 26th March 2022.
Those proposed changes were then adopted by resolution at that AGM.
